Brett was amazing. My AC went out on the weekend. He responded immediately. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn’t work he came out immediately. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things so I would understand. He followed up later to make sure the AC was working to my satisfaction. He was very reasonable and honest. I would highly recommend Brett to family, friends, co-workers and neighbors.

Brett and the Better Built team are beyond incredible. I have been working with BBA (Better Built Air) for a few years now and there are not enough awesome things I can say about these people. They care about the customers, and the quality of their work is out of this world. Brett has belief and takes strong pride in his work. He does everything he can to make sure that every client he has is satisfied with the work done, and even goes as far to call and just confirm everything is working as it should, and if not he does everything in his power to make it work. BBA is fantastic and for every single AC I have no reserve nor hesitation that I will be calling them every single time.
